Nehemiah (“Nii”) Ardayfio is a versatile and dedicated footballer born in 2009 who exemplifies technical skill, competitive drive, and holistic athlete development. As a naturally left-footed player, Nii’s primary strengths lie in left-back and midfield positions, where his technical proficiency and tactical awareness create consistent impact on both offensive and defensive phases of play. He has focused on 1v1 defending, clean and effective tackling, winning the first-touch, positioning and tactical intelligence and pass accuracy.
Playing Development & Competitive Experience:
Nii’s soccer journey began in 3rd grade through local town travel programs before progressing to elite club soccer. In 2021, he was selected to the prestigious New England Football Club (NEFC) MLS Next Homegrown program. To accelerate his technical and tactical progression, Nii invested in personalized coaching from a former NCAA Division I soccer player, focusing on skill refinement, positional awareness, and game intelligence.

His NEFC team has consistently reached the Round of 16 at the prestigious MLS Next Cup and earned national exposure on the MLS YouTube Channel in 2025, notably defeating the defending National Champion Chicago Fire U16 team—a testament to the program’s elite caliber and Nii’s contribution to competitive success. In 2025, Nii was selected for the Exact Sports All-American team and traveled to London, England for competitive play.

As a true scholar-athlete, Nii maintains a 3.7 Weighted GPA while completing honors-level coursework at Thayer Academy.
